• You have a good command of Spanish, both written and spoken
• You communicate clearly and professionally - you'll use email daily and have scheduled phone conversations with internal partners

• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

As a Michelin intern, you will:

• Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things.
• Put that knowledge into practice, in real business scenarios.
• Work together with our colleagues and your mentor, until you gain independence for your own projects.

Assist your colleagues in various HR activities such as:

• Handle administrative tasks related to fitting tires or equipment on company or employee vehicles (including bicycles), as well as closing files when vehicles are sold or no longer used.
• Answer phone calls from employees or service centers and provide support or updates.
• Register orders for tires in the system and send confirmations to the relevant service centers.
• Keep track of technical and personal data in the system to ensure accurate records.
• Process reimbursements and claims related to tire damage or vehicle issues.
• Check and validate invoices from partner centers and take further steps if needed.
• Archive documents and keep everything organized according to company rules.
• Help resolve employee complaints or escalate them if they are more complex.
