CASE MANAGER - Spanish Bilingual

We are looking for a Case Manager - Spanish Bilingual to be part of our team.

  • He/She is responsible for effectively providing day to day administrative legal support for multiple disability claims until the cases are transferred to an attorney.


  • Manage and efficiently monitor time-sensitive multiple claims
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of each individual case, including its status, documents, and actions required for the claim
  • Work closely with the appropriate Social Security field office and assigned examiner to seek updates for assigned claims, uncover issues preventing claims from progressing, and determine requirements for resolution
  • Work closely with US case managers on the review of claims, denials, appeals, or representation withdrawal by providing accurate data and clear and comprehensive case background

  • At least High School graduate
  • At least two (2) years of customer service work experience in the Call Center Industry
  • With one (1) year of being Spanish Bilingual
  • Comfortable with technology like email and Internet browsing
  • Must demonstrate sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess strong and logical decision-making skills
  • Can demonstrate excellent verbal and strong written English skills
  • Willing to work on site on Robinsons Business Center, Ortigas
