A Content Analyst - Spanish uses specific language and / or market knowledge and skills to deliver on customer / business requirements and assist in the resolution of client data issue cases, whilst holding responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources.
The Analyst maintains Real Time data on Eikon and exemplifying their expertise on Reference and End-of-Day data from stock exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for maintaining continuous feed of Exchange Real Time data in Eikon.
- Process End of Day data and update related Reference data to key databases.
- Provide quality management by implementing pro-active checking procedures on different asset classes covered by the exchanges.
- Conduct immediate investigations on problems that may arise when processing/updating Exchange Traded data and clear dissemination of workaround used.
- Provide resolution to client queries and build preventative measure for issues that arise.
- Take responsibility by being POC for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
- Deliver accurate and timely communication of Exchange Traded information across different teams globally.
- Work efficiently and optimally within team or by yourself, proactively identifying and resolving problems.
- Ensure BCP plan is in place. Conduct at least twice yearly BCP drills
- Nurture a learning and positive work environment.
- Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to identify and meet client needs
- Accountable for delivering high productivity and quality data.
- Process and maintain real-time data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
- Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market.
- Test and provide expert user feedback for new set of application and database releases
Qualifications:- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be willing to start as soon as possible.
- Proficiency in the Spanish language
- Must be willing to work on any shift (morning shift/mid shift/graveyard shift)
