Customer specialist - Spanish Market

As a Purchasing Communication and Change Agent you will play a vital role in facilitating a successful organizational change by ensuring that communication is clear, timely, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders. You will be actively managing the change process to minimize resistance and maximize adoption in Purchasing.

International and interdisciplinary collaboration: As a change and communication agent, you will become part of the company being restructured in the future and will therefore work in a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues that operates in over 50 countries.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that important information is effectively communicated to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties
  • Identify communication goals, target audiences, key messages, and appropriate communication channels (e.g., emails, newsletters, intranet, meetings, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders affected by the proposed changes, including employees, management and suppliers
  • Develop and distribute communication materials such as memos, presentations, FAQs, and training materials to support change initiatives
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide information, gather feedback, and promote understanding of the changes
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed based on feedback and engagement levels
  • Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
  • Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in psychology, economics or social sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Personality and Working Practice: Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and proactive way of working, empathic team player, sensitivity for group processes
  • Experience and Know-How: professional and project experience in change management, ideally in an international corporate environment
  • Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills as well as conceptual strength
  • Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
