ROLE & IMPACT We are looking for an international Solution Consultant / Presales, to help Partoo accelerate the development of its solution in Europe, Latin America, Middle East and France. The mission will be to support the sales team in the acquisition of strategic & Global accounts (>50K€), ensuring a consultative sales approach and bringing product & market expertise to the sales team.
MISSIONS 1) Support Sales in Strategic DealsYour role will be to work hand-in-hand with AEs to drive high-value deals.
From strategy definition to pitch delivery, you ensure that every interaction with strategic prospects is personalized and impactful.
- Accompany the Sales team in the acquisition of strategic accounts across all markets.
- Define the strategy with the AE.
- Ensure the right value is sold to convert customers and maximize average basket.
- Prepare tailored assets: Custom presentation, Custom content, Custom demo
- Pitch presentations / demos / specific products.
2) RFP ManagementWith the growing number of RFPs received by Partoo, the Solution Consultant plays a key role in structuring responses, aligning internal teams, and increasing the win rate on complex opportunities.
- Define the strategy with the AE.
- Align Sales, CS, and C-level stakeholders to ensure coherence and relevance.
- Build custom presentations tailored to the RFP requirements.
- Answer technical documentation and formal questionnaires.
- Pitch the solution with Sales during oral presentations.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum.
3) Sales EnablementBeyond deal support, the SC is a key contributor to scaling the team's expertise. By producing quality content and training initiatives, you help Sales teams become more autonomous and efficient.
- Produce success cases that highlight client stories and product impact.
- Update content to reflect the latest features and positioning.
- Feed the internal training platform,
Partoo U, with relevant resources.
- Structure and run Sales onboarding sessions for new joiners.
- Provide regular Sales training focused on advanced topics and product evolution.
REQUIRED SKILLS - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant / Presales).
- Problem-solver mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message depending on the audience.
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
- Strong curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity in project management and client interactions.
- Highly organized, structured and detail-oriented.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and make them accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
