Description & RequirementsAs an HR Administrator within our HR Shared Services team, you will join a committed group focused on transforming HR processes and improving the experience of employees and internal stakeholders across the Southern Europe region.In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for HR administration and payroll-related processes, working closely with local HR teams and internal partners. You will identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operations, quickly gaining a strong understanding of regional HR processes and becoming a proactive partner in driving operational excellence.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:- Managing the HR inbox and handling employee queries; escalating complex cases to relevant local HR colleagues when required
- Maintaining accurate employee records in the HR system, including changes to employment terms, and informing relevant departments
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire) for the Southern Europe region
- Managing payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and timely input
- Creating and updating HR process documentation and guides for the region
- Preparing standard and ad-hoc HR reports
- Providing backup support for other regions/countries within the HR Shared Services scope
- Supporting standardization and automation initiatives across HR processes in multiple countries
- Initiating and implementing process improvements and automation solutions
- Participating in projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and employee experience
Basic Qualifications:- Previous experience in HR administration, Payroll, or a similar administrative role
- Willingness to learn and develop within HR and payroll areas
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing, international environment
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Fluency in at least one additional language: Spanish, or French
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in a Shared Services environment
