Job DescriptionAnalyst II - HRSS will be primarily responsible to deliver the first line support for all queries & requests across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle, while demonstrating high levels of confidentiality. This role will also understand the necessity and value of building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with the stakeholders & leadership partners. Research and make process improvement recommendations at every opportunity, while organizing/prioritizing the tasks
Responsibilities:- Performs intricate HR transactions with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to the standard operating procedures
- Manage the tickets queue efficiently to meet the Service Level Agreements with the HR Partners
- Manage HR Document Manage system with timely uploads of employee personnel files
- Provide timely and accurate responses to HR inquiries through various communication channels
- Deliver business specific periodic reports
- Demonstrate seamless execution of country specific payroll processes
- Ability to have excellent translation skills - both written & verbal
- Leverage language expertise in driving the conversations related to offshoring more work to HRSS
- Build excellent working relationships with Business Leaders, HR teams, employees, and key stakeholders.
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure authenticity of HR data thereby upholding compliance and mitigating errors
- Investigate & resolve issues and also escalate complex cases to appropriate teams ensuring seamless issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute towards bringing them to closure
- Engage in cross-functional HR Projects aimed at augmenting service delivery & optimizing employee experience
- Support the implementation, validation & integration of HRIS system upgrades
- Curate and update HR documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures & training materials
- Disseminate training & guidance to employees, managers on HR systems & processes
QualificationsExperience & Qualifications- MBA HR or Diploma in HR with 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience working with HR databases (preferably Oracle) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams, while maintaining quality & speed
- Outstanding customer focus and the ability to manage customer requirements through a partnership approach
- Demonstrate proactive personal commitment to the adoption of new processes and working practices
- Exhibit a proactive approach in making process improvement recommendations
- Operate with the mindset of absolute confidentiality and data integrity
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet the deadlines
- Flexible to work in shifts
