International Billing:Operations Associate - Spanish Speaker

Why this role matters:

• Assists teams in standards delivery, revenue growth and the maintenance of successful relationships with assigned customers
• Assists the team ahead of customers monthly service review meetings through collation of routine materials and documentation
• Assists in the review and progress assessment on continuous service improvement plans for each customer
• Assists in the collation of basic information and resources in supporting the development of the operational service improvement plan
• Acts to resolve routine problems for assigned customers well covered by existing procedures and with full supervision
• Assists teams in regularly contacting customers to promote standard products and services according to the needs of customers, in conjunction with the sales team and with full supervision

What you'll be doing:

• have full ownership on bill production of your own customer portfolio
• ensure accuracy and consistency of customer invoices through revenue assurance activities delivered on time
• identify and communicate risks related to revenue management
• build and maintain outstanding relationship with both internal and external customers and provide excellent customer experience
• participate in month end closing activities in cooperation with controllers
• provide status updates throughout the monthly billing cycle
• make sure credit notes are compliant with external and internal regulations
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

• Ability to define a problem, determining the cause of the problem, identifying, prioritising, and selecting alternatives for a quick and efficient solution
• Ability to gather information, and analyse different scenarios, assess alternative resolutions and reach a decision
• Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow proper escalation protocol to manage incidents and ensure problems are resolved and addressed at the appropriate level
• Believe that talent, ability and skills can be developed through a commitment to continuous learning and reflection

Professional skills:

• Bachelor degree (preferably finance, accounting or business management area) or recent relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Experience in Billing Management or Accounts Payable is an advantage

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level
• Spanish on a fluent level
