The Customer Service Back Office Junior Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the back-office operations of the customer service department. Assists in various administrative tasks, order processing, data management, and documentation, contributing to the efficient functioning of the back-office team and ensuring smooth implementation of data into systems.
- Contacting Spanish business (email and teams) regarding availability of goods, delivery date of order, complaints during delivery, etc.
- Entering new orders and managing EDI orders
- Controlling delivery time of orders for individual customers
- Customer Creation and changing address, date, warehouse, quantity of goods in orders
- Creating technical complaints and issuing credit notes to the customer
- Releasing delivery notes
- Creating credit and debit notes for invoices
- Month-End Close Process
- Working with Oracle, Epro
Qualifications:
- Polish and Spanish are required
- 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Familiar with computer applications, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
