Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Expert Reviewer (Spanish LATAM / English) to support quality assurance across content moderation and risk review workflows managed by global operations teams. This role focuses on ensuring policy accuracy, consistency, and high-quality decision-making across sensitive content and account review processes.

This is a fully office-based role in Dublin city centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of moderation and risk operations workflows.
• Evaluate moderator decisions and ensure alignment with client policies and abuse standards.
• Review complex and sensitive content categories, including but not limited to:
  
  • Violence and credible threats
  • Self-harm promotion
  • Fraud, vandalism, theft, restricted goods sales
  • Impersonation and privacy violations
  • Hate speech and bullying
  • Phishing, spam, and malware
  • Child exploitation risks
  • Nudity and pornography
  • Sexual solicitation
  • Viral/meme content
  • Dangerous organizations
• Conduct ID verification and authenticity/access flow quality checks.
• Handle and assess escalations and edge cases.
• Apply market and cultural context awareness when reviewing political or social content.
• Provide structured feedback and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Support reporting and documentation of quality findings.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in LATAM Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 6 months experience in Content Moderation (required).
• Strong understanding of moderation policies and safety standards.
• Ability to review sensitive and graphic content.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
