The Role

We are looking for an SEO Project Manager for the Spanish Market to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and semantic optimization of the Spanish website to make it visible on classic Google search results, AI tools, and Google AI Overview - with the aim of generating BV.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: Ensure the site is technically optimized (loading speed, URL structure, internal linking, HTML markup, indexing, etc.).
• SEO Content Management: Identify content opportunities (pages, articles, FAQs).
• Netlinking.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and conversions. Adjust strategy based on data and algorithm changes.
• Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and AI/semantic search trends. Identify new SEO opportunities.

The ideal candidate has experience utilizing AI-powered tools to optimize e-commerce SEO strategies - including keyword targeting and automated performance analysis. They are skilled at integrating AI-driven insights into SEO campaigns to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.

Proficiency in using AI technologies such as predictive analytics, content generation, and automated tagging to scale SEO efforts across large e-commerce product catalogs is highly valued.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in SEO project management, from audit to performance tracking.
• Technical understanding of SEO (crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, HTML structure).
• Strong analytical skills and passion for deep diving into root cause analysis behind performance.
• Knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish.
