Call Quality Assurance Analyst (Voice) - Quality Assurance (Open)

All 5 Days work from office.

Shift Timings: 5pm to 2am (One way cab drop will be provided)

B2/ C1 certification in Spanish language is required

Note: Minimum of 2 years Call center (Inbound /Outbound) experience in International Voice Process is mandatory (US/ UK/ Australia/ Canada )

CTC Range: 5 to 10 LPA (TCTC).
