In this position, you will provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth and efficient payment processes while delivering outstanding customer service. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with payment-related inquiries.
• Resolve issues related to payment processing promptly and effectively.
• Guide clients through payment platforms and provide clear instructions.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within FinTech or payment services, is desirable.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
