Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase.
Product Configuration: Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information.
Engage with DIA customer, ensure seamless communication with installation technicians.
Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues.
Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers.
Shipping Process: Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues.
Return process: Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English
Open personality with a strong desire to learn
Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
