Responsibilities - Provide outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Guide customers through setup, installation, and usage of our products.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex problems as needed.
- Stay informed about product updates and new technologies to provide accurate support.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements - Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
