Your role & responsibilities:- Responsible for filling open positions end-to-end in your area of responsibility
- Review incoming applications, conduct assessments, interpret results and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Use creative and intelligent search strategies to identify suitable candidates and approach them proactively and in a target group-oriented manner
- Proactively establish an internal and external candidate network, build candidate pools and maintain short and long-term contact with potential candidates
- Accompany candidates throughout the entire application process with a strong focus on the best possible candidate experience
- Inspire MAHLE candidates and represent our corporate values internally and externally as an authentic brand ambassador
- Ensure smooth interfaces with the specialist departments and the adjacent HR areas in the recruiting process and exchange information in a targeted manner within the global MAHLE recruiter network
- Guide hiring managers through the selection and onboarding process
- Continuously develop a deep understanding of your target group and the market as well as the competition
- Follow trends and new ideas in recruiting and active sourcing, be open to innovative media and constantly work on further development of sourcing concepts for your area
Your skills & strengths:- Completed advanced studies with a focus on Human Resources Management or other relevant field
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Sourcing, Recruiting and Onboarding
- Fluency in English and Spanish language (spoken and written)
- Additional secondary language skills are a plus
- Experience with Candidate and Talent Management Software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding)
- Experience in modern Talent Acquisition solutions and processes
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels
- Having open, agile mindset and a team player attitude
- Strongly focused on continuous learning
- Being business driven and having awareness of interdependencies
- Ability to work efficiently and drive high-quality results
