The position is suitable for junior profiles who have already started their career path in recruitment.

In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing and engaging top talent, driving exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering closely with hiring leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the Iberia region with a focus on Spain.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent through sourcing, referrals, branding initiatives, and career events.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define the ideal candidate profiles.
• Be the face of Atos for candidates - guiding them through every stage of their journey, from first contact to offer.
• Build strong relationships with remote hiring teams and provide trusted recruitment expertise.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of quality candidates while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with global TA teams to share best practices and align on hiring strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Up to 2 - 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to build relationships across borders.
• Proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset - you can thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• A results-driven attitude, curiosity for the talent market, and genuine passion for recruitment.
• This is a hybrid role but also with the option of home office during the week.
