Job Description

Our Ceuta office is hiring a VIP Team Leader to join their customer service team. With Relocation support avaiable, this role would be suited to someone with a strong customer service background looking for a new challenge, and location.

As a VIP Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of the VIP Account Management team for the Spanish and Portuguese Market, ensuring high-value players receive an exceptional and personalized service.

The role focuses on leading the team to maximize player satisfaction, retention, and overall value, while implementing strategies to protect business revenue coming from VIP players. The VIP Team Leader is a pivotal link between senior management and the VIP team, aligning VIP initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.

Please note this role requires the successful candidate to be professionally fluent in both Spanish and English, due to the nature of this role.

This role is also based fully in Ceuta. Relocation support is avaiable.

Qualifications

• VIP Account Management: 3-5 years' experience managing high-value VIPs in online gaming or a similar customer-focused industry.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and optimize VIP programs.
• CRM & Segmentation Expertise: Skilled in using CRM systems, segmentation strategies, and tailored account management for VIPs.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the online gaming sector, including player behaviour, regulations, and market trends.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
