Job Summary

Core-VA Solutions is actively seeking versatile and self-motivated Executive Virtual Assistants to join our team, specializing in Human Resources, Billing, or Amazon support. General Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and familiarity with working with US clients.
  • Availability to work during US Central Time hours.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, CRM platforms, phone systems, and EMR or EHR systems (e.g., MS Office, Asana, Kareo).
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Human Resources Requirements:
  • Experience in HR tasks such as recruitment coordination, HR documentation management, employee relations support, and compliance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, employee onboarding, and HR-related software systems.
  • Familiarity with US labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Billing Requirements:
  • Proficiency in medical claims billing processes, including accurate submission of claims and handling of insurance reimbursements
  • Experience with specialized medical billing software and systems, such as TMHP or similar platforms.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in medical billing data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding medical billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with US medical billing practices and regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

Amazon VA Requirements:
  • Experience in Amazon product listing, optimization, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Amazon Seller Central platform and tools.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Ability to write compelling product descriptions and create engaging product listings.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's policies and procedures for product listings and seller performance metrics.

Spanish Speaking VA Requirements:
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication in Spanish.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in providing virtual assistance services in Spanish.
