Purchasing Operator - Spanish Speaker (m/f/d)

Our Purchase-to-Pay business line provides extensivehigh-quality and cost-efficient services - from purchasing to the processing ofoutgoing payments. We also provide services related to Supplier readiness,processing, and several digitalization projects!

Are you ready to be partof the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be...
  • Accurate and timely execution of operationalpurchasing tasks (e. g. order processing & invoice clarification) based onthe SCM global product catalogue for internal customers within their systems inline with company regulations and guidelines for specific customers;
  • Provide operational SCM services to internal customersaccording to company regulations & guidelines within defined KPIs inhighest quality and cost efficiency;
  • Be able to communicate in daily business on aprofessional level in the languages of customers (both writing and orally);
  • Responsible for data completion in purchaserequisition and purchase orders;
  • Perform additional administrative tasks related to thejob;
  • Investigate, suggest and work on improvements;
  • Explain the processes to colleagues and share theknow-how with other teams;
  • Handbooks preparation and updating.


We are looking for someone with...
  • Minimum high school degree,University is a plus;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English,written and spoken (mandatory). Any other European language will be a plus;
  • Knowledge of operativeprocurement / logistic / accounts payable will be a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge andexperience of Microsoft OfficeTools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
  • "Open mind" and growththinking, ready to take challenges and customer orientation;
  • Ownership of tasks and resultsorientation;
  • Good communication skills andability to work as a team member;
  • Engagement, dedication andhigh sense of ethics;
  • Self-awareness, emotionalintelligence, analytical thinking, problem solving attitude and a continuouslearning attitude.
