Spanish VIP Manager

Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market-share of the Austrian market. To better service their clients, they will be engaging an Austrian VIP Manager. Being an Spanish speaker (native level) is a requirement for this role, as you will not only be chatting and creating promotions for your VIPs, but also take and make phone calls so your Spanish communication skills must be top notch.

Basic salary from €28-40K + comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% of your annual salary!

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client
• Assess and resolve clients' issue
• Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
• Meet or exceed KPI target
• Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Native communication-skills in Spanish - spoken accent needs to be European Spanish for this role , both written and spoken
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years' proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
• Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
• Candidates with previous experience of working with VIP management for the Spanish market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role

• Office-based in Mriehel, Malta, Sofia, BulgariaOR Limassol, Cyprus
• Up to €40K basic starting salary
• Comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% bonus on KPIs applicable after 3 months' training and trial
• If you earn the highest starting salary and hit your bonus, you will earn €60K!
