About the Role
As a Customer Success Intern, you'll support our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and helping them unlock the full potential of our platform. This internship will offer hands-on experience in customer success management, with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their supply chain data is smoothly imported into our platform.

• Support & Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience.

• Process Optimization: Contribute to the improvement of our Customer Success processes, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

• Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to communicate client feedback and suggest enhancements to our platform.

• Growth Initiatives: Take ownership of projects aimed at improving customer relationships and success outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

• Education: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Proactivity: You are a go-getter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Collaboration: You enjoy working in a team but can also handle responsibilities independently.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS or software applications is a plus.

• Availability: Full-time internship (40 hours per week) starting in February 2025 for 5-6 months.
