- What you will do:
- Coordinate and perform guest arrival, departure and cashiering.
- Provide individual assistance and accurate information in an effective and timely manner
- Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests
- Possess a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills
- Keep abreast of events in the resort; proactively update and maintain Guest History databases
- Ensure the work area is ready for service; assist in supply requisitions
- Be proficient at handling travel arrangements including issuing air tickets/boarding passes and amending travel itineraries; booking hotel and transportation arrangments
- Strictly complies with the resorts cash handling policies and procedures
What you bring:- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in 5* Hotels or Resorts
- O-level Qualification or an equivalent. Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
- Excellent English, math & psychometric abilities with fluency in Spanish/Portuguese
- Finesse and personal flair
- Aptitude and upward mobility

Schedule & Hours:- This is a full-time position
- 48 hours a week with one day off
