Senior Analyst - UA with Spanish Wrocław, Poland
As Senior Analyst supporting Spanish market you will perform underwriting support activities associated with new business, renewals, maintenance of accounts and systems. You will ensure that they run efficiently and at a high quality and you will guide new team members with trainings and mentoring.

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL's systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence
• Providing constant and ongoing support to Underwriters throughout the policy lifecycle (pre/post-bind activities, creation of documents etc.) and meeting their expectations with service standards
• Preparing insurance documents/reports
• Communicating with Underwriters and MO to help resolve queries
• Demonstrating full ownership and accountability of the delegated tasks
• Performing quality checks on tasks performed by colleagues
• Resolving data quality issues in a prompt and accurate manner
• Training and mentoring new team members to support their learning
• Advising less experienced colleagues
• Self-developing as a role model on process and tools used and/or providing long-term support to other teams on top of daily duties
• Being involved in preparing and maintaining documentation of the existing and future processes, including detailed process maps.
• Constantly challenging existing processes and looking for improvement opportunities.
• Getting involved in transitions, planning & execution if applicable
• Adhering to Service Level Agreements and quality targets

Required Skills and Abilities: • Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Insurance, Commerce or Finance & Accounting
• Experience gained in AXA XL or in the insurance industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is a must (at least C1 level)
• Good knowledge of policy management tools.
• Ability to comprehend instructions and execute
• Ability to perform the process with minor supervision
• Demonstrated attributes of attention to quality and detail, decision-making and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and communication skills
