Job DescriptionThe activities of the Commercial Back Office team member are various and may include:
- Full coverage of client contract back-office journey for information and collection service contracts
- Maintenance of contract data and processing and analysis of data tables ensuring deadlines, reporting and quality
- Administrative tasks: archiving, filing, document edition, quality review, etc.
- Handles customer or intermediary requests, as well difficulties in collaboration with direct sales or account management
- Processes the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools
- Participates in the creation / update of Commercial Back Office Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams
- Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required
- Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized
- Any other activities required by the business need of the country served.

Experience: - Graduated or first practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
- Experience in Credit Insurance industry or financial services preferred
- Experience in an international environment and/ or Shared Service Center preferred
Languages:- Fluent in English
- Professional in Spanish (CEFR - Level B2-C1)
IT:- Computer and internet affinity, good technical understanding
- Ease regarding the work with varying software, applications and systems different from product to product
- Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or other relevant field
