Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students at the primary/secondary level
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and development
• Assess students' language skills and provide constructive feedback to support their progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and resources
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance and assessment data
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning environment

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
• Degree in Spanish or a related field
• Proven experience teaching Spanish to primary or secondary students
• Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language and culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Proficient in using technology in the classroom
• Familiarity with the curriculum and assessment frameworks for Spanish at the primary/secondary level.
