Hampshire Secondary School Seeks Exceptional Spanish Teacher (Start Date: September 2024)

On behalf of our esteemed client, a highly regarded secondary school in Hampshire, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spanish Teacher to join their vibrant MFL department.

The MFL department is a dedicated team of passionate educators committed to delivering a stimulating and effective Spanish curriculum.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in September 2024. In this role, you will:

Develop and deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, fostering a love for the language and Hispanic cultures.
Create and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum and the school's curriculum framework.
Employ a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support student progress in Spanish language acquisition.
Collaborate with colleagues in the MFL department to share best practices and continuously improve the Spanish curriculum.
Remain current with the latest developments in Spanish language teaching methodologies.

The Ideal Candidate

Possesses a degree in Spanish or a related field.
Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
Demonstrates a minimum of two years' successful experience teaching Spanish to KS3 and KS4 students.
Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, a passion for languages, and a commitment to student success.
Enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
