Transaction Processing Analyst with Spanish

The Transaction Processing Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for handling queries in relation to ACH (Automated Clearing House), cheques processing. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert with cheques processing, monitoring payments and handling clients' and other banks' queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing and monitoring payments related to LCY (Local Currency) & FCY (Foreign Currency) cheques, ACH transactions and other banking products
  • Responding to queries related to the payments processing for the covered products and clients' investigations accurately
  • Handling escalations and providing supervision to the team in relation to payments
  • Escalation of system and processing issues to respective internal or external parties including follow-up until clarification
  • Identifying and reporting potential issues, error root-cause results, suggesting and implementing resolution
  • Participation in projects and system changes
  • Readiness to work during public holidays, occasionally weekends for tests purpose


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong command of English in speech and writing
  • Additionally good knowledge of Spanish (B2 or above)
  • Knowledge of banking operations will be an advantage
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills, thinking outside the box, a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Perfect organizational skills, ability to solve problems, making accurate and quick decisions, multitasking
