What You'll Do

Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the Spanish & Portuguese markets
Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes
Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit •

Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish, Portuguese and English
