Position

For our Sales Department, we're looking for an Account Specialist belonging to the Protected Categories Law 68/99, who will manage and develop a portfolio of international customers, increase turnover, prevent customer churn, and contribute to identifying new business opportunities and services to offer.

Main activities:

• Monitor the progress and performance of assigned customers.
• Contact customers by phone or email to maintain strong relationships.
• Offer clients new services or products aligned with their business needs.
• Convince customers to transfer printing volumes from other suppliers to our company.
• Find flexible solutions for complex issues; in certain cases, extraordinary management may be justified by revenue potential.
• Help the company identify weak points and areas for improvement.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new services and products

Requirements

• Fluent or advanced level of French and/or Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing.
• Experience in managing customers.
• Experience in negotiating trade agreements

PREFERRED:

• Experience in monitoring customer metrics.
• Experience in analyzing data.
• Experience with a CRM tool.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Pragmatic, dynamic and pro-active
• Desire to learn and study new platforms and techniques;
• Good analytics skills
