Accounting and Financial Reporting Specialist with Spanish

Your role
Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information?
We're looking for someone like this to:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory accounting rules.
• Support the preparation of financial disclosures and annual reports compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide detailed commentary on significant business movements and assist in producing monthly financial close packs for internal stakeholders.
• Assess internal risk control deficiencies, deliver evaluations, and communicate findings to onshore partners.
• Contribute to standard accounting activities including general ledger operations, tax accounting, and intercompany balance reconciliation.
• Recommend improvements to financial reporting procedures and internal management information processes.
• Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across reporting activities.
• Foster strong relationships with external auditors and internal departments to facilitate collaboration and audit readiness.
Your team
You'll be working in the Group Finance team in Krakow, Fabryczna Office Park. Our role is to support the EMEA region and to provide accurate and reconciled financial information.
Key objective of the role is to deliver high level financial reporting support on all operational and financial activities across our various locations & have daily interaction with various internal clients located globally as well with Financial Controllers across all legal entities and divisions.
Your expertise
- fluency in English and Spanish
- university degree in accounting/ finance/ economics
- at least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Reporting or
Accounting (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent will be an asset)
- very good communication skills with ability to work in an international
environment and to interact with stakeholders on all levels of seniority
- self-determined who is able to adapt quickly and take on new tasks
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
