Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable SPECIALIST- Domain Trainee - Spanish Remote Hungary

In this role, the AR SPECIALIST would be accountable for following

Responsibilities

• Cash collection and being a key point of escalation#2 for NMISA in NRBS
• Month-end closing: Creation and follow up of the closing activity list and review with NMISA finance team
• Month-end closing: Support resolving queries
• Accrual review of future incoming payments and follow up with NRBS MZK GL Team
• Review of the customer accounts with negative balances
• COPA Characteristics - handle email from NMISA Controlling
• Treasury forecast preparation - Initial/Locked/Landing
• Review of the Treasury Forecast and organise meeting
• Working Capital - Excel preparation and data comparison with treasury
• Working Capital - Explanation of the differences and send file to NRBS MZK Treasury
• Preparation of official forecasts (BP, 2+10...)
• Preparation of official forecasts (BP, 2+10...) AVILA & CANTABRIA
• Preparing the Renault file for Finance VP meeting & handle payment review with Finance VP
• Customer balance review (clearing, reconciliation, etc...)
• payment follow up/meetings/reports
• NMISA AR TOP10 submission and deck to NRBS Credit Risk

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics
• Minimum years experience in finance
• Specific experience in SSC is an advantage

Specific technical knowledge

• Proficiency in ERP and Windows deck (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Languages

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Spanish is an advantage

Soft skills

• A keen eye for detail and diligent approach to work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to consult and positively engage with a wide variety of people/personalities to professionally deliver on requirements
• Self-motivated
