Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on collections performance, overdue accounts, and payment trends, credit exposure, bad debt.
• Collaborate with finance, credit risk, and collections teams to improve reporting efficiency and transparency.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process by providing required AR and credit data.
• Assist in automation projects and system enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Conducts periodical risk assessments and annual credit reviews in line with the company's Credit Policy

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Credit/AR function, preferably in an organization with annual revenue in excess of $100M and with various types/channels of customers.
• Ability to work with a large volume of data
• Be comfortable to make opinions known and be able to back up with facts and objective arguments
• Professional demeanor with ability to negotiate and reach a consensus
• Completion of secondary education. (University degree in business related field. Certification from Credit training institution.- nice to have)
• Excellent English & Spanish or Portuguese communication skills (verbal and written)
