Your responsibilities as an AP Accountant:

• Processing and analysing vendor invoices in a timely manner,
• Support the process of month end closing,
• Maintain payable ageing,
• Answer accounts payable inquiries and audit queries,
• Respond to ADM business inquiries - everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries,
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes,
• Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met
• Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader

Your profile:

• 1+ year of experience in Finance and Accounting preferable,
• Fluent Polish and English,
• Advanced Spanish, Portuguese also appreciated,
• Willingness to participate in process migration,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel),
• Preferable Master's degree (Finance/Accounting or being an ACCA/CIMA student),
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,
• Good communication skills,
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
