About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager, Air to join our dynamic team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our daily air freight export and import operations in Seoul, managing end-to-end operational workflows, handling financial documentation, and providing critical administrative and sales support to ensure seamless logistics service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate End-to-End Air Operations
• Mastermind and execute daily air export and import operational workflows, ensuring flawless execution from origin to destination.
• Serve as the primary bilingual liaison, managing high-value email correspondences with prestigious international clients, overseas agents, and top-tier airlines.
• Lead the air book-keeping process, ensuring 100% accuracy in Bills of Lading (B/L) issuance and critical customs compliance.
• Financial Ownership & Profitability Support
• Control and optimize local and overseas invoicing for the Air Freight division.
• Issue and verify debit/credit notes, turning administrative documentation into a smooth, error-free financial workflow.
• Partner with finance teams to safeguard profitability through meticulous cost and billing verification.
• Strategic Commercial Partnership
• Act as the critical bridge between operations and sales, providing real-time operational insights and competitive freight quotations to win new business.
• Streamline administrative processes to increase department efficiency and improve client satisfaction scores

Critères indispensables

• Solid experience in air freight forwarding, specifically handling end-to-end Air Export and Import operations in South Korea.
• Professional know-how in air freight documentation, including the accurate issuance and verification of Bills of Lading (B/L) and customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience in logistics bookkeeping, including handling overseas/local invoices and issuing debit/credit notes.
• Exceptional bilingual skills with professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean to manage international correspondences.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in financial data and timeline-sensitive logistics workflows
• Prior experience working within a global logistics operator or multinational freight forwarder.
• Established relationships or strong communication networks with major airlines and local ground handling agents in Seoul/Incheon.List the required and preferred qualifications and skills: education, certifications, technical skills or years of experience.
