Our client is an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in Hal Far, Malta, producing both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished medicines. Around 180 people work there, from a wide mix of nationalities and age groups, and the production team is growing.
Job overview
As an Assistant Production Manager you are responsible for controlling and supervising all activities in the process of conversion of starting materials into intermediaries and finished products. You will manage production in order to meet deadlines and continuously improve processes while abiding to procedures and regulation. 

What you bring

Higher qualification preferably in a related field
A minimum of four years experience in a Production/GMP environment
Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail
Results oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values
Able to work independently and in a team environment

What you get

EU 35.000 to 45.000 gross per year, based on your experience, education and soft skills
A 10 percent annual bonus
Permanent contract, six-month probation, full training on site
A route toward team lead or other paths in the company

Only applicants that hold an EU citizenship or work permit for Malta will be considered. Travel, accommodation and the cost of the move, you arrange and pay for yourself, so plan for savings to cover your first weeks in Malta.
