Responsibilities

• Verification of clients
• Request validate and approve documents as part of the KYC onboarding process
• Ensure the company's strong KYC and AML procedures are strictly followed
• Review screening alerts for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Adverse Media in a timely and diligent manner
• Investigating and responding to AML and transaction monitoring alerts
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing risks of prospective clients
• Document authenticity verification using available software and provided training
• Identify and report fraudulent applications and reject those that do not meet the agreed assessment criteria.

Requirements

• Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
• Business level proficiency in English and Spanish or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule (sometimes including nights and weekends, night and weekend shifts are remote)
• Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
