THE ROLE

Are you passionate about beauty, curious about what makes a brand successful, and eager to kick-start your career in marketing?

We are looking for a Brand Management Intern to join our OPI Marketing team, based in Madrid.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management at a regional level, working closely with a manager based in Paris and collaborating with teams across different markets.

As part of the team, you will be involved in the day-to-day management and development of OPI, one of the world's most iconic professional nail brands. From product launches and marketing campaigns to market analysis and brand strategy, you will discover what it takes to build and grow a successful beauty brand.

We are looking for someone curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry and the ambition to build a career in marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Management: Support the development and execution of OPI's marketing plans, ensuring consistency with the brand's positioning and objectives.
• Product Launches: Contribute to the preparation and coordination of new product launches, marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Market & Consumer Insights: Monitor beauty trends, competitors and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and support marketing decisions.
• Business Analysis: Support the analysis of sales performance, marketing initiatives and key business indicators.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with local markets, agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
• Brand Presentations: Prepare marketing presentations, product information and business updates for internal stakeholders.
• Project Management: Support the coordination of marketing calendars, timelines and deliverables across different projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree or master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• A genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and brands, with a strong interest in building a career in marketing.
• Fluent Spanish and a good level of English. French would be a strong advantage, given the international scope of the role and the location of the manager.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in developing analytical and business skills.
• Curious, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage different projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different countries.
• A positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to contribute ideas.

Previous experience in marketing is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn!
