For our financial department we are currently looking for Cash Collection Assistant with Spanish.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• You will work with our clients, both internal and external, via phone and email
• You will monitor correspondence both internal and external
• You will participate in solving disputes
• You will follow up on disputes
• You will also help to prepare reports and analysis
• You will support our collection processes in AR area

Your Skills and Expertise:

• English - at least B2 level
• Spanish- at least B2 level
• Communicative and open person, who can work in an international environment
• You have a student status and are available min. 20h/week
• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
• Curiosity with openness to new technologies
• Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
