About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective site-based management and leadership.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and develop on-site teams.
- Manage rotas, workforce planning, attendance, and payroll processes.
- Ensure delivery of services in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs, and internal processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence and compliance standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Oversee stock control and inventory management.
- Produce, elaborate, and present operational and management reports.
- Monitor site performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, review expenditure, and monitor costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, company policies, and best practices.
- Respond proactively to operational challenges and changing service requirements.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar operational leadership role.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing rotas, staffing requirements, and payroll administration.
- Knowledge and experience of auditing processes and compliance management.
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of stock control and resource management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and operational procedures.
- Proactive approach to service delivery and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and compliance.
- Demonstrable experience introducing innovations and driving improvements.
- Excellent report writing, analysis, elaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reviews.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational requirements and business needs.
- Positive, flexible, and professional "can-do" attitude.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Spanish speaker desirable.
- Full 5-year checkable employment history.
- Minimum of two satisfactory references.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS check required.
- Ability to meet all pre-employment compliance requirements.
