Commercial Manager with English and Spanish

Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and at least B1 level in Spanish are required.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating a team of 4-5 buyers and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Brasov office.
• Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
• Evaluating and supervising the subordinated team.
• Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
• Analyzing the team's results and taking appropriate action to improve results in order to reach the set targets and KPIs.
