As a Commercial Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Project Manager and Regional GT S Finance Manager. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our financial operations, ensuring detailed execution and outstanding performance.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Create and manage sales orders and projects in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, maintain accurate project records in SAP, following Siemens-FRG and local Gaap regulations.
• Provide support in invoicing and cost controlling activities, ensuring strict adherence to financial guidelines and s upport Regional FIN Head in all related Controlling activities.
• Handle Business Unit-specific requests, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Ensure timely allocation of productive hours in projects and SDs.
• Assist in the creation and invoicing of SLAs and commission business orders.
• Support CPM Head in all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.

What You Bring

• A collaborative individual with strong communication abilities, capable of working effectively with colleagues at all interpersonal levels!
• Proactive and dynamic, with a strong commercial demeanor and a drive to deliver outstanding results.
• Strong familiarity with SAP and MS Office, allowing you to effectively navigate financial systems and leverage a range of software tools.
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively connect with individuals from various regions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role, demonstrating your proven record.
