Commercial Team Leader with English and Spanish

Who You Are
• You have leadership experience (min. 6 months) and a passion for helping people grow.
• You're people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team.
• You're results-focused and motivated by impact and measurable outcomes.
• You're hands-on, working side-by-side with your team every day.
• You communicate confidently in English (B2+) and Spanish (at least B1) and thrive in a multicultural setting.
• You hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

What You'll Do

Lead and support a team of 5-7 of prospectors.
Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
