We are inviting applications for the role of Content Review Specialist - Process Associate - Spanish - On Site Lisbon!
We're looking for someone with a great work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment.
Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate
• Freshers are eligible
• Advanced level of Spanish
Preferred qualifications
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (potential weekend shift work)
• Ability to work with content that can be egregious in nature, on a day to day basis
