We are looking for a Spanish VIP sports book expert who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken
Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book
Proactive person with good support / sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to details
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues
Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
Hours must be worked during shift business hours
