Credit Controller - SPANISH speaking

What you'll do

- Perform daily Credit Control activities such as Collections and Credit Risk management.
- Minimize bad debt exposure and ensure compliance to dunning process defined by the group.
- Collect on accounts by sending reminders and communication with customers via phone or email.
- Work closely with local business and finance teams on receivables.
- Set up credit limits for new customers based on internal guidelines and risk mitigation.
- Review of credit limits in compliance with the credit approval matrix.
- Coordinate daily order releases and liaise with sales teams or customers regarding any order blockages.
- Investigate unallocated payments and request payment remittance from customers when necessary.
- Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
- Cross-functional communication with multiple Etex operations and finance functions.
- Facilitate Credit Committee meetings with relevant stakeholders for your portfolio.
- Reconciliation of outstanding balances with customers in Account reconciliation tool.
- Effective and quick cooperation with customer service on blocked tickets and other issues.

- Written and verbal fluency in English, Spanish language big advantage

Salary range: 2700-3200 €/mon. gross The specific salary depends on the candidate's work experience, skills, competencies.
