Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Customer Demand Specialist for our hub in Bucharest to join Lenovo's Intelligent Device Group (IDG). The new team will join our Mid-Market team to engage directly with prospective End customers with the scope to support our sales force through actionable leads that become sales opportunities.

You will represent the brand and collaborate with local markets to share prospect qualifications and potential opportunities, gained over phone and email conversations with the end customer. As the profiling database grows, the Profiling Specialist will additionally drive lead qualification gained from Marketing Campaigns.

You will also work very close and in constant touch with your Infrastructure Solutions Group peer (ISG), based in Bucharest to identify and define the common projects for your territories, where you need to merge and grow into One Team, with the scope to expand and present in front of our customers Lenovo's entire product and solution portfolio proposition.

The scope? Increase Customer & Prospect awareness of Lenovo's broader product and solution portfolio and generate Customer Demand Generation.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Country Sales organization to define list of both Customers and potential Prospects to be nurtured and qualified into sales opportunities
  • Work closely with your Customer Demand Peer (from the infrastructure side - ISG) located in Bucharest to have a tight collaboration on lead management process and define common projects and initiatives
  • Perform high volume customer calling and e-mailing to qualify Prospects & detect leads, delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Ensure detailed & accurate profiling data entry to Microsoft Dynamics
  • Pass qualified leads (via e-mail and Dynamics) to the local sales team to execute on
  • Work on various team projects meant to help the team overall, and be an active team player in all the business activities we are taking for our customers and business
  • Focus on multiple demand generation projects, with the overall scope to generate leads for our sales force.
  • Effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes
  • Bring your contribution to defining and streamlining existing processes to benefit both you and the business
  • Use the following systems in your day-to-day activity: Dynamics 365, LinkedIn, Genesys, ZoomInfo
  • Lead by example in the Demand Generation organization


Position Requirements:
  • Multiple roles now open for Spanish native or proficient speaker
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient and driven to provide high-quality customer service
  • 2+ years in a customer calling/engagement role; can be support, business development, customer project management or pre-sales
  • Comfortable in cold calling, making ~30/40+ calls per day; however, based on territory specifics these can be adjusted and need to be agreed with the Team Lead
  • Ideal base knowledge in IT business. We provide product training to familiarize with our product & solution offerings
  • Preferred experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Genesys)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be well organized, meticulous, attention to detail, proactive, forward thinker, and goal oriented.
  • Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals
  • Excellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment
