We're looking for a Portuguese and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Claims Associates to join our growing Claims team in Amsterdam. Every day, you'll help customers when their mobile phone or connected device has been lost, stolen, or damaged, guiding them through the claims process and making a real difference when they need support most.

You'll support customers with insurance claims for mobile phones and other connected devices, ensuring a smooth and positive claims experience.

No previous claims experience? No problem. We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our European Claims team, you'll:

• Assess and process insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices
• Support customers throughout the claims journey with empathy and professionalism
• Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based claim decisions
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Complete policy administration activities and maintain accurate customer records
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and internal systems
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish language skills (written and spoken) - both languages are required
• Strong communication and listening skills
