Overview

We are seeking a Spanish speaking Apprentice to join our Customer Service Team this summer at our European call center based in Aldershot.

Join us here at Enterprise as a Customer Service Management Apprentice and you'll not only gain a qualification but start building a successful career in management.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent service, hard working and motivated apprentices to join our team in the Aldershot.

Salary

  • £17,850 per annum

You will initially undertake a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship. We are a company that really does reward hard work and if you perform within this period, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Level 5 Management Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

During the first stage of your career, you will learn everything about providing great customer service in our UK Contact Centre's Business Rental Department. This will provide you with a solid foundation to progress to a future career in management.

During the first year, your responsibilities will be:
  • Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and via written communication to both our UK and European customer base.
  • Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches
  • Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail
  • Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels


Qualifications

  • A customer first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must speak fluent Spanish or have/ predicted minimum Grade B, A-Level Spanish
  • Good PC skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Organisation skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology
