Digital Marketing Specialist - remote - Central America
Fecha de publicación 06.09.2026
THE ESSENTIALS
Pay: $2,000 USD/month, a flat monthly rate
Location: 100% remote from South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco, the Philippines, or India
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm US Pacific, Central, or Eastern time (this means evening or overnight hours in your time zone)
Languages: Flawless English and fluent Spanish, both required
Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on campaign management
If any of these don't work for you, this role isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
LAUNCH DAY IS WHERE THE REAL WORK STARTS
A campaign doesn't stop needing you once it goes live. That's when it gets interesting.
We're looking for a bilingual marketer who can:
launch a campaign and watch what the numbers are really saying,
fix what isn't working while there's still budget to save,
test, learn, and scale what is working.
You'll work across paid ads, email/SMS, copy, and creative, and the mix will change from client to client. What won't change: you own what you run. We don't need someone who launches and waits for the next reporting meeting to find out what happened.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Paid ads: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, adjusting budget, targeting, and creative based on real results.
Creative: Work with writers and designers on ads, then track which versions actually perform.
Email & SMS: Build and send campaigns and flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing subject lines, messaging, and timing.
Bilingual campaigns: Make sure messaging feels natural to both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences, not just translated.
Reporting: Turn the numbers into clear next steps: keep, change, test, or stop.
Collaboration: Keep content, design, and project managers in the loop so campaigns keep moving.
You'll use ChatGPT or similar tools to move faster. Your judgment decides what reaches customers.
Requirements
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE
NICE TO HAVE
SEO • Google Analytics (GA4) • SEMrush • Basic HTML/CSS for email templates • Video editing
NON-NEGOTIABLES
Internet and power that won't cut out mid-launch, with a backup for both
You show up when you say you will. Every time, not most of the time
If something is underperforming, you say so early instead of hoping it fixes itself
You follow through without anyone needing to remind you
OUR HIRING PROCESS
Apply → Profile review → Intro video → Screening interview → Interviews → Selection & onboarding
1. Apply: Submit your CV, campaign examples, and answers. Your answers matter more than your CV.
2. Profile review: Our team reviews every application personally.

4. Screening interview: A 30-minute conversation about your experience and the role.
5. Interviews: Practical marketing exercises and a final interview with the client.
6. Selection & onboarding: Selected candidates complete a background check and employment verification before starting.
We read every application. Answers that are generic, copied, or fully AI-generated are declined. We want to hear from you.
